Our vision is a world where seeking help for mental well-being is as natural as seeking help for physical health, creating a society where every individual can live their fullest life.

About Our Founder

Ishwari Kumbhojkar

Co-Founder and Head Psychologist

Ishwari is a Psychologist with a passion for breaking down the stigma around mental health, guiding individuals toward self-discovery, and empowering them to live fulfilling, balanced lives. She holds an MA in Clinical Psychology from Fergusson College, Pune (2016), and has continued to upgrade herself with courses in CBT, REBT, and mindfulness-based techniques.

Throughout her career she has been committed to creating safe spaces for those seeking mental resilience and happiness. Ishwari’s therapeutic approach had always revolved around behavioral therapies and mindfulness-based interventions to facilitate, support and train clients in educational and organizational settings along with individual counseling. She believes in creating a mentally resilient society, and a lot of the focus of her work lies in developing and running mental health resilience programs such as MIND I MIND and a ManasYog (Mind Gym). She believes in the innate potential that each one carries and her therapeutic approach in mindfulness based behavioral therapies realizes it in practice.

When She is not working, you can find her trekking in the mountains, diving into a good book, or expressing her creativity through painting. Mental health isn’t just her profession—it’s her purpose!
